What is Celticore? . . .
Celticore is the first Pilates program designed just for Irish dancers. We give dancers the tools to strengthen their cores and have fun at the same time!
Why is core training important? . . .
Having a strong core helps you with your posture, arm control, endurance, stamina and so many other aspects of your Irish dancing performance. You WILL notice a difference the more you work your core.
How do I train my core? . . .
When we say "core" we actually mean a whole region of muscles - not just your abs. With Celticore Online Studio, you're able to watch and follow along with over 130 workouts (with new content added each week). Celticore sessions are led by Joe Duffey, a certified Pilates instructor and cast member from RIVERDANCE. Our program also includes workouts in Ballet, Modern Dance and other styles to help you balance out your Irish dance training! Learn more about who recommends Celticore here.
How much time do I have to spend doing Celticore? . . .
With Celticore, we give you the tools to train but it's up to you to choose your path for success. We recommend you train with Celticore Online Studio at least 3 times per week, 1-2 workouts at a time in order to notice an improvement in your dancing. That's just under an hour of training a week - and with Celticore Online Studio you can mix and match workouts and choose to do them wherever you are!
How do I sign up for Celticore? . . .
You can sign up for the program directly at Celticore Online Studio. Just sign up to start your FREE trial (note that you need to have someone over the age of 18 help you sign up with a credit card). Once you're officially a member, you'll have unlimited access to our gallery of Celticore workouts in addition to exclusive access to new workout content released each week.

I have an injury. Can I still do Celticore? . . .
If you have an injury, the first thing you should do is see a doctor to learn if it's alright to do any physical activity. Many Celticore workouts can be done without putting a lot of pressure on your legs, so it's a great activity for days when you're not working in dance class. Make sure you always talk with your parent and dance teachers to see what your specific training program should look like.
Will I get bored doing Celticore? . . .
Our goal is to motivate Irish dancers to succeed by creating workouts which are short and fun - meaning you'll be able to fit Celticore into your busy life! We want you to enjoy your experience and actually complete the workouts, so we try to keep every session under 15 minutes. You can always mix and match videos together for a longer workout.
Is there any way I can watch Celticore before joining? What if I want to cancel my membership? . . .
Yes! Several preview workouts are available on facebook as well as a FREE trial at our Online Studio.
Our goal is to make you LOVE Pilates by making it fun, affordable & Irish dance-specific, however if it’s just not right for you, you can cancel or pause your monthly membership anytime, no commitment whatsoever.
