We want to challenge you to become the best dancer you can be, while at the same time staying safe and respectful to your body. Workouts are appropriate for dancers of all ages and skill levels, and, as a low-impact activity, Pilates is a great balance for all of the time you spend on your feet in dance class!
Celticore is intended to be fun and engaging, giving you the true feel of a Pilates studio. Lead instructor Joe Duffey is known for his warm teaching style and communicates movement clearly in every workout. Because Celticore wouldn't exist without our amazing students, program content is developed in response to student requests posted in the Studio Lounge Forum!
